Believing gut feelings - health related

I start this by saying I definitely don’t have health anxiety! In fact I don’t think I’ve been to a doctor in over 5 years - and am not prone to panicking about being sick.

but the other night I had a weird dream that I had cancer and needed to tell all my friends. It wasn’t necessarily a bad dream as I didn’t feel stressed by it, and don’t still but it felt like / still feels not like a dream but a realisation.

I recently did a therapy / meditative experience which was all about tapping into your subconscious and allowing it to come forward.

I now can’t get it out of my head that my brain could know what’s going on in my body, but not consciously.

I’m not about to go and get a £1000 full body MRI but it has got me thinking does anyone believe in this type of thing - do you think your subconscious could know things like cancer are present in the body, but doesn’t have the ability to pass it on to your conscious brain?

Not sure if I believe but you could pay to get some blood work done if it would put your mind at rest.

No I don't believe a dream can diagnose cancer. If you have any symptoms see your GP.
