Tiredness after illness

Mid 40's. Just getting over a chest infection which lasted several weeks and took antibiotics to shift it.

I eat well and take vitamins inc. zinc. Am on asthma meds (moderate asthma) and HRT.

I am exhausted and low in til mid-afternoon when I pick up a bit.

Post-viral fatigue? I just want to sleep all the time. I have had pneumonia and Covid in the past.

Bumping . My brother has suffered tiredness post covid. He is improving and takes lots of Vitamin D , K and magnesium. But it has been a long haul. Good luck @onetothetwotothethreetothefour

Currently signed off work in this situation,it's awful, full sympathies.

I feel like Im coming through something similar. Not entirely sure what happened but one blood test suggested a virus. Must have been an awful virus because I have been walking through treacle since before Christmas and only just beginning to feel a little better.

How are you feeling now OP?
