Is anyone else's screen scrolling automatically? Is this a new feature?

It's happened a couple of times today.
I'm on an android phone.
It might be a good idea if I could adjust the scrolling speed, it's a little too fast for me to read everything at the moment 😀

No but it is auto refreshing really often which is driving me mad, think this might be an i pad glitch rather than a MN one
