I am fairly sure I’m in perimenopause and my normally good skin is causing me some issues. I keep getting these white head type spots (no inflammation, just white dots that I can squeeze) and my skin looks different- patchy and less smooth.
The problem is, I have very sensitive skin that I have to be careful with, so changing products is tricky.
Wondering if I need to supplement myself?
Suggestions appreciated. I suffered from acne in my twenties so when my skin settled down, it felt amazing. The thought of going back there is really depressing.
