How to increase energy levels

I’m 45 and feeling every bit it!

Im constantly tired but don’t sleep too good anyway. How (apart from working on my sleep), can I increase my energy levels so I don’t slump into the sofa when I come home from work?

Is it exercise? Supplements? Gallons of water? I don’t drink, am vegetarian (but eat fairly balanced diet), do very little exercise (due to being tired - catch 22!)

I'm also a vegetarian. When my b12 is low, I feel extremely tired

Liquid iron supplements. It will take a few weeks to feel the benefit. That and not eating processed food or lots of sugar.

Too many carbs and not enough fat (and water)

Also, have you had checks for anaemia?

Exercise before work makes me feel great all day. And early nights and good sleep hygiene. Less processed foods. More water. Know when you need a quiet weekend of rest x

Get your iron and B12 checked
