What CV template do you use?

I'm looking for a new job and wondered if anyone had found a winning CV template that worked wonders.

I'm deeply unphotogenic so would prefer to avoid those that require photos.

Sorry I don’t have any recommendations but please never add your photo to your CV. A lot of places now have a policy where they have to disregard your CV if you add a photo to ensure they don’t positively or negatively discriminate.
