AI Greek holiday recommendations

We're hoping to go to Greece in August. I've never done AI before so am a bit nervous! I've noticed some of the places have a dress code for the restaurants which I'm not keen on. Our budget is around 6k for the 4 of us. Thanks

In my experience many hotels have a long trousers no jeans or sandals for men rule in the evenings. Come across it elsewhere on the med too

Mitis hotels are all over Greek islands and are nice.
