I am feeling so exhausted and don't seem to be able to shake it off. I go to bed early and have very little trouble getting to sleep, then up around 6ish. I try to push through the sleepy feeling but even after I sluggishly manage to make breakfast and do a few steps on my walking pad, I am still wanting to crawl back into bed. I spend the whole morning just trying to stay awake. I feel so hungry one moment and it takes me so long to feel full but as soon as I do, I feel sick. I'm definitely not right at the moment. Will some give me some tips for just surviving?
