Where to find plain pyjamas boys age 7

Looking for boys pyjama bottoms. Everything is bright colours, patterns and gaming or super heroes. Ds is autistic and will currently only wear pyjamas. School are amazing in accommodating, but do want something more like uniform.

Can't be waffle, ribbed, fleece or tracksuit bottoms.
Must be cotton, or mixed cotton and other, jersey and block colour.
Preferably dark grey, black or navy. Light grey at a push
Don't need a top, as he can wear a uniform t shirt. I only seem to be able.to find "lounge pants" in old3r age groups though, so if it comes with a top, will just not wear it to school.

Cheap as possible, as he could decide next week that he only wears something else. Annoyingly Temu does keep popping up with things that fit the criteria, but I won't use them due to dubious ethics.

Help!

Primark did have plain joggers and sweatshirts. Wld that work?

SprigatitoYouAndIKnow · 22/04/2024 21:06

Thank you, but not in his size. Age 8 would be too big as he is very slim.

Ooh the first one looks great. Shame about the price, but it is more likely that I make the compromise than him 😂.Will definitely order a pack, thank you .

No, joggers are out. Too bulky around his waist, so he is uncomfortable. Also won't wear jumpers, but we are coming to warmer times now, so that isn't so much of an issue as it was in February.

Have you looked at La Redoute? They often have plain cotton pyjamas.

Hm

There is actually a review complaining that these are thinner and like pyjamas!

H&M girls section have lovely soft plain leggings. Can't see why a boy can't wear them?
They do leggings that are thicker with fleecy insides too, my daughter wears them to school, but may be hard to get those ones at this time of year.

tryingtocatchthewind · 22/04/2024 21:37

We have those H&M trousers linked above and mine won’t wear them as they look too much like pyjamas so I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve often found plain pyjamas in Morrisons
