Derma Roller use for hair

I suffer from hair loss, most likely alopecia but of what type I don't know. I've tried all sorts of things but nothing has worked so far. (Probably has something to do with not being able to stick to anything longer than 5 minutes)

I've seen that people use derma rollers as a hair loss treatment and have had results.

Does anyone have experience of using it for hairloss and if so, did you see results?

Has anyone with alopecia used one and had results?

How do you use it? Is there any pre/post use care that needs to be done?

Tia x

No one?
Well I guess that's good because it means you haven't got hair problems!

They use Dermalogica rollers before applying minoxidil

I tried this for post partum hair loss, before applying the growth serum. Its hard to say if it made a difference as my hair sort of rebounded over time as it was probably going to do anyway. I'd say it's worth a go
