Do you sleep worse on a Sunday night?

I always do. Even if I’m not in work the next day or it’s a bank holiday. Sometimes I’m fine, but if ever I’m going to toss and turn it’s always going to be a Sunday night!

I sleep better because my 18 olds have become nightclubbers and are now out till 4am most Friday and Saturday nights. So I sleep well on a Sunday because everyone is home. And I'm extra tired after only half sleeping the nights before until I hear them come in.

Thank you - I have now set my alarm tomorrow! I slurp like shit Sunday night. Awake from 2am onwards - and I like my work!!!

Yep. Wake up regularly, take forever to get to sleep. Am like a zombie at work on Mondays

I used to. Not any more, not since I left my job. Too soon to tell how my Sunday nights are going to be, in this new job.
