Who should pay for parking

I live in a flat and pay a monthly fee to park my car in a local council car park. flat has no parking the spaces outside are for a local office. We are wanting to get a cleaner but she would have to park in the car park 2 minutes away. The car park fee would be about 3.30 for 3 hours of parking. Im not sure if I should offer the fee straight away on top of her rate or if it’s something cleaning company’s expect to pay and has factored in. I want to do the right thing and make sure she’s not out of pocket.

Pay it.

If she works for a company, contact them and ask what the procedure is.

If she's independent, she'll probably point it out herself that you need to pay.

I am a cleaner. I would factor this cost into the price of the job so the cost would be past to the client. I would also factor in any extra time (and therefore cost) spent unloading and reloading as it takes me two trips to do this. Not a problem when parked on a clients drive/road but it would add time to the job if parked further away.
