Hi not sure if this is the right area to post in so sorry if it isn’t. I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas what would be easiest?
SD 10 ( here half the week)
DD 7
DS 18 months
No3 Due in a couple of months, baby will be with us for a while but after then I was wondering if easier for the older two to share or youngest two? Everyone currently has their own room. The rooms are pretty big so no issue on space ect youngest DS has the smallest room. Thanks

I’d put the oldest two sharing for now. When SD becomes a teen and wants her own space, I’d probably put baby in with whichever sibling is the same sex.

If you skip forward a year, so 11, 8, 2.5, 1 then I'd Def have the girls sharing for now. Put down routine for your 2.5 and 1 yo is likely to be quite different so I'd have baby in smallest room, older girls in largest room and middle one in the middle room with any baby overflow of toys and clothes.

In a few years, you can always move them, so SD has smallest room, youngest two (now 4 and 6) have largest room and your eldest gets the middle room

Younger share for now.

Eta... mine love sharing as toddlers and small children. It was when oldest was 8 she started craving peace and quiet from her boisterous younger sister
