Ever since my nearly 4 year old has been born my sleep has been terrible. It started because he was a terrible sleeper and now still co sleeps and rather than wind down and relax I've just got into the routine of going to bed shattered and not winding down or doing a nice relaxing routine.
I need to change this as it's really affecting me both physically and mentally so if you have a good routine in place and wake up feeling rested please let me know what you do 😊
