How much is a flying lesson? I’d imagine much more expensive than driving lessons and they’re no longer £10 like they used to be 🤣

Her lessons are £165 each but goes up by 15 quid every 5 minutes if they run over the hour. She had to do a go around due to someone not clearing the runway quick enough on her last approach when she was meant to land. A go around takes 10 mins......ouch. £200 that cost me.

A cooked chicken, four sub rolls and a bottle of pink Prosecco, last night after coming home from meeting a friend in the pub for his birthday. Just got to Booths in time!

My son’s bedroom is similar. It’s a very cosy and restful colour. I still love it 10 years on.

Well it was very nice of you to build them a comfy litter box.

Six! Six large and beautiful raised beds litter boxes for the spoilt brats. That’s not counting the two actual litter trays in the house.

The hens are much better pets. And THEY provide breakfast.

RoseMartha · 21/04/2024 10:53

Bananadramallamas · 21/04/2024 12:15

A pair of shoes. They fit me well in the shop. Put them on at home, and they pinch. What's that about? 🙄 Taking them back tomorrow. Ffs.

Prize draw ticket for a house raffle. The odds are terrible but I’m a sucker for beautiful home photography.

Last physical thing I bought was a small Tesco shop last night - plant based blueberry yoghurt was the last thing scanned through the till.

SittingBackAndWatchingTheClowns · 21/04/2024 13:01

Birdseed and a bag of Fruitella

Forget me not seeds
Rust resistant hollyhock seeds
20 delphinium plugs.

The hollyhock plug plants I bought a couple of weeks ago look like they might already have signs of rust and I don’t want it spreading to my lavatera, so I’m preparing in case I need to replace them!
