Hotel or nice B&B in Weymouth?

anyone got any recommendations for a nice hotel or boutique B&B in Weymouth or nearby or east of Weymouth? Only things needed are to be 100% clean, no cobwebs/dust/big heavy drapes and carpets. Not needed to be seafront. Budget up to £200 per night

It's on chesil beach but moonfleet manor is very nice.

What about further along the coat? Eypes mouth hotel or the Alexandra in Lyme Regis?
