Light sensitivity and migraine aura

I've started using an eye sleep mask now it's getting lighter but have real light sensitivity issues on removing it, this morning I had a flashing like migraine aura, it's went after a short while, anyone else had this?

I've had loads of migraines and I'm sure it's light sensitivity. I found tinted polarised glasses with anti glare help a bit. I don't wear a mask but if this is new for you get your eyes checked and mention to GP. I tend to get tension headaches to and probably grind teeth all night, botox completely cured it for a year.
