21st Birthday present ideas

DD will be 21 in June. We want to get her a lovely present, something that she can keep, but neither she nor I have any idea what to get.

Part of the problem is that my parents have 'bagged' the best items.

DF is buying her a lovely watch; DM 'split' a big ring a couple of years ago so DD already has a little diamond necklace and DM is having little diamond studs made.

DS is into tech so got an A4 iPad for his 21st. DD has a mini and is happy with that.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

What sort of budget are you on? Could you perhaps pay for an amazing holiday? Tbh I got so many "special" presents to keep for my 21st that I ended up with multiple bits of jewellery, if that's already covered and a watch, memories might be the next best thing!

That is a good idea @thanKyouaIMee. The budget would be about £1000 because that is what DS'S ipad cost.

The problem with jewellery is that DD will inherit a lot from my DM.

£1000 would probably buy a few holidays with her friends.

My DD is 21 in July and we are struggling for ideas, thoughts so far are an Apple Watch or a Tiffany bracelet, we want it to be a surprise so can't even ask which she'd prefer 🙄
