I've been selling on Vinted for around a year since overhauling my wardrobe, only things that are either new with tags or barely worn. Never had less than 5* Turned down two £4 bids on something I'd worn and washed once from same buyer (context bought for £50, sold for £8) so perfect condition priced to sell. She eventually bought it and just left me negative feedback saying there was a mark on it. I absolutely know it was perfect and sent in a proper mail bag which from the picture on tracking wasnt damaged. Assuming she's annoyed I didn't accept her offers but petty as. Just added to what was already a bad day.
If I leave her the same 2* feedback would it get removed? Just being honest? If her feedback was accurate I'd accept it but I check everything's perfect and she's seemed off from the start - sent within 12 hours and she was messaging daily asking why it was so late! Argh.
