Who does this actor look like?

This guy is in Blue Lights. But he really looks like an actor from another show we’ve watched and we can’t put our finger on it!

American, comedy actor, plays his character slightly camp, has quite a distinctive voice I think. It’s driving me mad! Anyone got any ideas?

Hehehe, I'm not long home after seeing him and Ryan do a talk/interview followed by a Q&A live at a theatre. Mikey has the most amazing laugh. He was so laid back and relaxed, really engaged with the audience. Ryan was more nervous, but both were excellent.

I don't know about him, but the actor who plays Shane really reminds me of Kenneth Branagh. I watched the 'Billy' trio of films KB was in (c1980) recently so the young him is in my head, and the similarity is striking.
