@cardibach SimonJT is a man 😁.

Well I guessed that. Men I know with thinning hair were fine in their thirties…

Librarybooker · 20/04/2024 19:37

Long hair

BitOutOfPractice · 20/04/2024 19:38

Oh how disappointed those hoping their level of fitness will never change will be. It will.

I hope I never lose my ability to laugh at life. And my Desire to try new things.

My ability to bring the whole country together with a common goal.

My brain. I'm terrified of dementia.

StephanieAllen · 06/05/2024 11:38

One thing about myself I hope never changes is my commitment to fitness. Staying active and prioritizing my health has always been a core part of who I am. It's not just about physical strength; it's about mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being. I hope to always maintain this dedication to fitness, continually challenging myself to grow stronger, both physically and mentally. It's a lifestyle that brings me joy, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment, and I can't imagine ever letting go of that.

Being a reasonable person. My mum and my nan got more and more awful as they got older. I’m scared that will happen to me. I’ve given my family permission to call me out if I ever sound start sounding like one of them.

EndoEnd · 06/05/2024 12:15

Thequeenofwishfulthinking · 06/05/2024 12:22

i hope that I will continue to look younger than my age.
i also hope that I will continue to treat everyone with respect and and fairness no matter how difficult life becomes.

Bearpawk · 06/05/2024 13:11

I'm naturally very strong and sturdy. Even when not training as such. Hope that never fades.

My sense of humour

Haha same. I have zero pride and an incredibly thick skin, and am good at laughing at myself. I couldn’t cope as somebody offended or insulted by everything

ImWearingPantaloons · 06/05/2024 13:59

My childish sense of humour and my ability to talk to anyone.

ALongHardWinter · 06/05/2024 17:17

Having really thick, abundant hair. I was so worried that I would take after my late DM when I hit the menopause and my hair would start thinning dramatically, but thankfully it never happened.

StephanieAllen · 08/05/2024 10:45

Absolutely! It's wonderful to have such positive aspirations. Taking care of yourself both physically and mentally can indeed contribute to maintaining a youthful appearance, and treating others with respect and fairness is always commendable, regardless of life's challenges.

my level of fitness

Something about myself that I hope never changes is my commitment to fitness and overall health. Staying active and taking care of my body has been a fundamental part of my life for as long as I can remember. It's not just about physical appearance, but about feeling strong, energetic, and capable in everything I do. This commitment keeps me motivated, disciplined, and mentally focused, helping me to face challenges both inside and outside the gym with resilience and determination. I hope to always prioritize my health and fitness because it contributes significantly to my overall well-being and quality of life.

Lampzade · 04/07/2024 06:14

My optimism/ positivity. It has got me through some really difficult times

My love of learning

My love of fitness. I train most days and I am in very good shape. I hope to remain healthy enough to train

Ficklebricks · 04/07/2024 07:34

I hope I never lose the ability to resist posting humble brags on Mumsnet.....

LaWench · 04/07/2024 07:35

My cynicism and bullshit detector.

Countrylife2002 · 04/07/2024 07:37

My newly found acceptance of my introverted nature. I accepted it during Covid when I realised I was more than happy staying at home unlike everyone else. Previously I’d always felt I was weird with how I struggle and become exhausted in social situations. I’ve not been back in the office since Feb 2020 as a result. I am who I am!
