WFH setup

Has anyone used a desk as both a vanity and a work from home desk? I like having my makeup out, mirror etc. but also need to have a big monitor always on and space for my laptop. I was thinking maybe L-shaped but nothing seems right.

Anyone that already has that setup can you please share how you did it?

On Stacey Solomon's sort your life out, they provided a teenager with a desk that had a solid top at the back, then the front half lifted up, and inside she had makeup etc. could get something like that and fit a mirror to the inside of the lid. It was a recent episode, with a single mum and two daughters who danced.
