Allergies? What can they cause?

Since the weather has warmed and the sun's out and it's windy..

I feel a bit bleurgh..

Tired, heavy, chest feels a bit tight and head a bit wooly. Not I'll as such but not quite right..

I thought allergies were just a runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.

Would it be worth an OTC Antihistamine? Or is it something else? Like I'm just a bleurghy person?

I get all sorts off general malaise like you describe with my seasonal allergies.

Try taking an antihistamine every day for a few days and see if you feel better!

Do you have any particular you recommend? I have a boots and a superdrug pretty nearby. Or Amazon of course. 😁

I take Fexofenadine, you can get it over the counter. I find it actually lasts all day unlike some of the others, and it's non drowsy.
