If this isn’t chicken pox, any ideas what it is?

It’s not hives, we are well versed in what they look like.
First one came up night before last.

he has chicken pox very badly when he was about 3-4 (he’s 13)

I looked closely and they don’t look blistered.

im flummoxed.

Not Molluscum contagiosum. My eldest child had that for months and months on end. These are “softer” than those.

I’ve never heard of Henoch pupura, looks brutal and similar to meningitis!

It’s more superficial than that though.

oh I agree and that was my very first go-to.
except none of them have blistered.

That was the key decider with the other kids

My sons pityriosis rosea started a bit like that but grew. It wasnt itchy and it didnt make him feel ill.
