1 or 2 small changes for big impact

I need to make some lifestyle changes
I have put on weight, not sleeping well, look like worzel gummidge...you get the gist.
I've started doing 15 mins of yoga a day and intermittent fasting, trying to make small steps to better choices.

What small things do you do for yourself that make you feel / look / present yourself better?

Drink enough water - it's done wonders for my skin and I really notice a difference if I don't drink enough for a few days.

When my DD was little I lost 20lb just by going for a walk every evening. I'd go out for approx an hour and listen to music and the weight came off easily without having to make many other lifestyle changes.
