I've name changed but a I'm a regular poster. My marriage broke up over a year ago. I ended it and he didn't take it well. He's from a big family and I'm facebook friends with them all from way back. I don't use Facebook much at all these days.
In the last few days really old group conversations keep coming to the top of my list in Facebook messenger because some member of exH's family left the chat. They are innocuous inactive chats, for example about somebody's 40th in 2018, and it's random people leaving. I haven't been in touch with anyone in those groups for months in real life or on social media.
For some reason it's weirding me out. Nobody has left an individual chat with me so I'm not sure it's even anything to do with me.
Somebody remind me that I'm an adult and shouldn't think about Facebook at all.
