is B&Q down?

When I try to check out I get a message 'Sorry we lost connection and your order may not have been placed' and it advises me to check my email in case it has gone through. It hasn't.

It is been a long time you asked the question but B&Q website has not been working since mid September till now

Somehow I managed to bypass and can use the app on my phone but the website won't let me long on, reset my password etc

Anyone else having this problem and who is their competition? I might have to change teams
