Offered job but no further comms

I was offered a job before the Easter holidays and the person offering it asked me to send some documents. She said she wouldn't be back until 15th April so I didn't expect a reply until then.
I still haven't had any acknowledgement of the emails and documents I sent so I'm wondering if I'm supposed to contact them again or to just think they're no longer interested.

Should I send another email or leave it?

This is a temporary job during the summer holidays as I already work in education so my life doesn't depend on it but just think it's a bit strange they've suddenly gone quiet.

It’s only the 17th (2 days after she said she was returning to work) so I would leave it at least another week. She is probably swamped with work and emails and is gradually trawling through everything. The job for you doesn’t start until the summer so it is probably not an urgent priority. It’s unlikely that they’ve retracted the offer so I would leave it a little while longer (you don’t want to come across as desperate). Congrats on the job 🌺

This.

She's probably back to hundreds of emails, perhaps check in next week if you've not heard by then

Congrats on the job!
