Music whilst running

Hello, I'm not the most tech savvy person so please bare with me. My mum wants a hands free way of listening to music when she runs.

Back in the day she had headphones that I uploaded music to from a computer, but they have now broken. So, what can she have now? She doesn't want to run with her mobile phone, so is there a product out there? She currently has Amazon Prime, so can use the Alexa app.

Thank you

Why doesn't she want to run with her phone? Most people do that and use either leggings with a phone pocket or a phone strap on the arm or body. I use the leggings and don't notice my phone.

I use my Apple watch and air pods. The watch stores playlists.

Why doesn't she want to take her phone? That's the most logical thing by far. Plus also means she has a means of communicating if she needs help for any reason (esp if she's running on her own).

I would recommend bone conducting headphones - then she can hear what's going on around her - whether that be traffic, people around her etc. Taking out all peripheral noise isn't particularly sensible.
