What is this on my babies lip?

Will pop a pic below but he woke up from a nap a short while ago and his bottom lip has gone patchy white. Is this thrush? He is no longer breastfed. TIA.

Hi op, yes it looks like it could be thrush. Is baby's tongue white? I googled a pic of thrush on baby's lips and it looks similar.

@BurntOutNurseryNurse thank you so much. It certainly does look like it. I can’t see anything on the tongue but the lips are exactly like the one in the picture that you attached. Thank you for your response x
