Do I just make it like normal, let it cool then put it on the fridge to cook later is that correct ?
Also any tips would be good

Yes that’s absolutely fine. I always do that

Yes!
There is another thread running about this at the moment.

If I assemble it and put it in the fridge the pasta sheets then ALWAYS curl up and then go dry and ruin the whole thing. Will you have time to assemble just before you cook? If not then personally I would half cook then refrigerate and finish when needed.

Ooh another thread !!

I was going to assemble it. When I've cooked it before to using the dry sheets it always comes out rubbery even with soaking the sheets before so I'm going to use the fresh sheets, will they curl up in the fridge ??

Ahh I've had to make do with dry sheets - how do I make them properly soft ??

Just be generous with the amount of sauce and make both the ragu and the bechamel quite runny.

Do I need to soak the dry sheets in hot water first ? And how long should I cook for ?
