No prayers in a secular school - fair enough

If we have secular schools I think they are in the right to set their own rules. Heads know how to maintain their own schools let them .

I am glad a lot of people agree and the court case gives clarity and support to or other schools that may face this challenge.

I think the case was brought to embaress the school and little else.

I've always thought this school sounds absolutely despotic, but that seems obviously the correct decision.
