Non harassment order (Scotland) Is this a breach ?

It has just been the Easter holidays and I work time so I am off all the school holidays. I booked a few days holiday for my dc and I. I only told two people I was going away.
my husband has non harassment orders in place against him at the moment.
I have returned from the holiday to discover that for 3 of the days he has been in and out the house. I had the front door lock changed . He has managed to turn off the internal cameras somehow before coming in , possibly by switching the power off I. The garage before he climbed a 6ft fence and let himself in, he has taken things out of the home.
it would be reasonable to expect me to be around in the holidays and that I could return home at any point, someone also accesses my Facebook page from an older phone (it just happens to be the model I had previously that was in the bedside drawers) my Facebook record shows that on that day someone has looked up several of my friends including names of people I don’t know
the only way I can see him arguing that he knew I wouldn’t return was that he had accessed my messenger messages .

i have contacted the police and they are coming to speak to me
The officer on the phone wasn’t sure if it was a breach
the fact that I was on holiday should surely be irrelevant as he should not have known

i know 100% that the 2 people who knew have not told him

I now fear for the safety of my dc, myself and pets, has he done this before? Will he do it again when I am Not here ?

anyone with advice is much appreciated 🙏

Does the order say start away from you or does it name the property/place?

Sounds like you may need an occupation order for your home as well.

Have you logged out if everything and changed all passwords?

I have but the point is he was in the house and has found an old phone to access messenger

It is a no contact order , but this means he cannot be where I am expected to be , it is reasonable to expect me to be at my home during school holidays

Well it sounds like a breach to me.

An occupation order would mean that he has no entitlement to be in the house whether you are there or not.

Is there proof this has been your husband? I understand that in all likely good it had been him but physical proof will still be needed.
Whether there's been a breach will depend on the wording in the order.
Proving it was him might be the hardest part

There are videos and three witnesses
