Does that price include snacks and breakfast or is that just for your main meals?

That includes everything, including some beer and wine. Also I forgot crisps.

Breakfasts porridge with fruit, wheat biscuits, toast, eggs, or the occasional bacon sarnie.

Family of 5 we spend between£180 -£200 Per week depending on what we need . Online delivery once a week.

That amount includes everything, apart from our take away on a Saturday night and our weekly bottle of wine.

Typically we eat:

Sun - Roast lamb, roast potatoes veg.

Poached Pears for pudding

Tonight Bubble and Squeak using left over roast meat from yesterday and salad.

stewed apple with cinnamon for pudding

Tue - Prawn, Pineapple and Veg fried rice.

Fresh fruit salad

Wed - Cheese and onion pie with green beans

Fruit Flap Jacket and plain yoghurt

Thur - Chicken, Veg and pasta bake .

Raspberry Sorbet

Fri -Chicken (using left over chicken) and halloumi burgers, potato wedges or Jacket potatoes , coleslaw and salad

Peaches and plain yoghurt

Saturday- Take Away

Ice cream or cheesecake of choice (everyone usually has different)

Sun - Slow cooker sausage and butter bean stew , veg and crusty bread.

Either mixed fruit crumble ( I will have fruit that needs using up) and custard. Or raspberry or strawberry truffle.

I cannot believe how much grocery shopping has gone up.
