How bad are your hangovers?

I was out drinking on Saturday during the day. I had several drinks and was drunk but I was in no way the drunkest and I wasn't drunk enough that I was out of control at any point.

Yet here I am on Monday still unable to function. I've not eaten anything substantial since Saturday afternoon. My stomach is killing me and I feel on the verge of a vomit constantly. I am aching all over.

I hardly ever drink maybe between 4 and 6 times per year.

Why are my hangovers so bad 😭

Mine aren't bad at all. Usually more tired because I've been up late, bit of a stuffy head that is usually sorted with paracetamol. I drink a fair amount, regularly, so maybe I'm just accustomed to it!

How old are you? I was never a big drinker but this started happening to me from my 40s onwards. I barely drink at all now as even a glass or two makes me feel a bit crappy (thirsty, headachey) the next day.

I'm mid 30s now but this has been happening to me since my teens. Ive never been able to function after drinking ever. I also tend to be sick whilst drinking even after only 2-3 drinks.
