I’m in my 20s, very low risk according to the midwife at my booking appointment. Been for two scans at 6 weeks and at 8 and an half weeks. We have seen a heartbeat both times and baby measuring exactly the right size for dates. Baby’s heartbeat was in the 170s at the last scan which the Sonographer said was great.
I have been feeling incredibly nauseous and tired most days, particularly today. Despite my strong symptoms I am still so worried about having another loss.
I had an early loss at the start of this year at 5+4, but obviously that was extremely early so could well have just been a one off blip. I keep worrying that everything will be ok when I go to the next scan, as I have read all the stories about MMC.
Are the odds in your favour more as pregnancy progresses?
