Merrell sizing

Looking at buying some merrell walking shoes. I've seen a few pairs listed on vinted, worn once, need a bigger size. I'm assuming they come up small. But how small? My boots are a size 6 but could have done with a half size bigger..so wondering, size 7 merells? Or 7 5?

I have Merrell walking shoes (Gore-Tex rugged trainer style) and they're my usual size (UK 6, EUR 39). They're quite roomy, definitely wouldn't want to go bigger.

I have Merrell boots and shoes, I’m a size 7, I think this equates to 40.5, this is my usual size. I did try the next size up, but they were too big.
