Keeping kids entertained on a flight

We're off on our hols in 3 weeks time and I'm looking for ideas to keep the kids entertained for the flight, if anyone has any genius ideas that worked for them??

Kids are 3 and 6. Its a 4h flight, early evening so they might sleep later on.

Last year we bought sticker books, drawing stuff etc but 5 mins of each and they were bored! There's no in flight movies etc although I'm taking my tablet so can download things onto netflix.

Does anyone have any other ideas? Much appreciated!

Best thing I taught ds was I Spy.....

I saw someone on a different thread say they bought little pots of play'doh for a flight, they used the tray as the table

Tablet each with headphonea with plenty of shows and games downloaded.

Colouring, lego, puzzles etc, stuff they would usually do at home.

Lots of snacks
