I need a new playlist - any ideas about good tunes to put on it will be appreciated!

Might not be your era but 90s all the way!
I listen to a lot of BBC Sounds so I have Vernon Kay, Dermot O'Leary and Fearne Cotton's 90s shows on constantly.

I love a bit of nineties music! I’d like some more modern tunes too though - variety is the spice of life!

I have two playlists: Wind Up and Wind Down. Wind Up consisted of all my liked music that has an upbeat rhythm: the idea is to increase my heartrate so I work with vigour.

Wind Down has slower moving music, which I play in the evenings after dinner (for dishes etc). I enjoy it more at that time of day because I'm tired, and it helps me decompress from the day.
