Two weeks ago my Instagram account was suddenly blocked, it said for breaking their guidelines but I never post or write anything on my page at all, and I only follow innocuous accounts, nothing in any way controversial.
I have tried to appeal through the page but it keeps saying it will send a code to my mobile phone which never arrives, it then says I have to wait 24 hours before requesting another code. This has been happening every day now.
I have tried emailing customer services for help but days later there has been no response from them.
Could anyone with similar experience of being blocked please advise me about anything else I can try?
