Fed up with sickness

23 weeks tomorrow and still suffering nausea and occasional vomiting. It hit like a truck bang on 6 weeks, I vomited daily until 17 weeks, then it tapered off (still didn't feel 100%) before coming back again at 20 weeks. It's not quite as bad as it was in the first trimester as I'm not puking every day, and I get the odd day where I feel relatively OK, but I'm so fed up. It's not hyperemesis as I'm not physically being sick enough and I'm able to eat and drink. I take cyclizine which sort of takes the edge off and omeprazole for acid reflux which sorts the reflux but not the nausea.

Doesn't feel like seasickness or motion sickness. Feels like the horrible churning you get in your stomach when you're about to come down with the stomach flu.

I had no nausea at all in my first pregnancy and it's nothing to do with the sex of the baby either as this one is the same sex as my first.

My midwife said "oh, that's gone for most women by now" which wasn't particularly helpful. Everyone else seems to say they felt great in the second trimester.

I'm miserable and wishing this pregnancy away. I just want my stomach to feel normal.
