HRT - when do you it's time to come off?

Hi,

I'm on gel and daily tablet and realised I forgot to re start my pills after the last break. I have continued with the gel.

It's madecme tgink, when do you stop taking it. I still get a period, but think that's due to the break.

Can I just stop both and see what happens?
Or carry on with gel only?

I'm 52 and been on for 4 years, coming up to 5.

When you don't get symptoms anymore

When you have been on long enough for the benefits of bone health

Doubt 5 years would cover either.
