Fun SATS 'survival' kit

SATS are happening mid May. I'd like to give ds a kit of fun things just before to wish him luck. I've got a couple of bath bombs, new PJ's so he can relax at home in the evenings. What else would you put in? Thanks!

Good god. Absolutely no need for this to be a thing

The 'outstanding' secondary school looked at my DC results too, and set them by them. And set GCSE predictions by them.
There was some, but little movement thereafter and interestingly those from their primary that did best, went on in time to do best come year 11.
But I still wouldn't do a survival
Kit.

I think bath bomb, pjs etc are all great ideas. These are what I did for mine last year - whilst down playing it.

it’s not that they should worry but it must be tense in school - being quiet, teachers fussing etc.

agree that survival kit is a label worth avoiding but a little treat and down time is what I’d want during a stressful time at work too.

We are taking DD out for dinner; but won't mention it until they're over.

Sad state of affairs if that is the case. Hardly a progressive, first class education system. No wonder so many people go private.....
