Crown on tooth

Just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar. I had a crown on a root canal tooth almost 3 weeks ago and the gum around the tooth is still a little bit swollen. It's causing me no pain (touch wood) but I would've thought the gum would've gone back to normal by now. I didn't floss around that 1 particular tooth for about 1 week after I had it done as I was being extra cautious would this have caused the swollen gum? It's not massively swollen but definitely noticeable. Has anyone got any advice? Thank you 🙂🙂

I don't think any of my crowns have taken 3 weeks to settle, but I haven't really made a note of how long it has taken, and everyone is different.

I would call your dentist and ask them. They know your mouth best and will be able to say if the timefeame is normal or not.
