What are the most innovative small businesses you've seen?

Curious thread.

I've seen someone start their small business as a Christmas helper - helping wrap presents, decorate, collect trees.

I always find the sleepover teepees very innovative.

What else is out there?

Teepee sleepovers are ten a penny! Def not innovative!

In fact Aldi cottoned on and made their own sets for £30! My mam bought them for the kids but the novelty has worn off now. They were great in lockdown though!
