Does anyone else go dizzy on a plane ?

I don't know what it is but take off I get extremely dizzy.
The worst is when the plane turns ,my head honestly feels like it's going to explode.
I have to have a window seat and focus on something outside
That helps
If I look ahead in the plane and it turns everything starts to spin.

Tbh I've always had dizzy issues
Even going around roundabouts or if the train is moving and I'm watching it I go dizzy

What's going on?

No idea what's going on I take pharmaceuticals on flights so am relaxed and a bit squiffy instead.

I take Sturgeron. Puts me to sleep mostly to avoid that feeling. Untreated I start to vomit.

Sounds like vertigo.

Not dizzy on the plane but very dizzy after the flight especially with lack of sleep I can only describe it as feeling like my head is on a boat and it's awful

I did think about taking things to try and help
Going on holiday in 8 days
It's only a 4 1/2 hour flight so undecided if I will still feel wobbly when I get off
