INSTAGRAM...Ive been added by work as an admin but cant see the account in the app so I can switch to it.

Yes. If you want to manage it in the app; you need the log in details.

Otherwise you’ll need to use business manager on your laptop.

When you're logged in you can toggle between accounts by going to profile page and right at the top is the name and an arrow to a drop down which shows your accounts.

You can't be added as an admin on instagram in the same way as fb. You need to log in to use on your phone. Otherwise you can use business manager on a laptop but it's easier on mobile really

Done it...they had to authorise so now loggedin on the app and can flit back and forth! Phew!!!!!!
