2021 my ex husband has abuse me always wich be break up
then we went to the court and he could see our first child only for 1 ours in a week in glammorgan house
2023 it was change and he could see her 3 times in a week with overnight then my second child was born he wanted an DNA test wich we made one and it was he’s child . But after the DNA test he was taking my new born baby away for weeks then he break the court Ordner with our first child and he take her away too so both children was in he’s care , I was finish mentally and physically, I called the police but the police said they can’t do nothing as long he’s on the birth certificate. I’ll text my old solicitor from 2021 she made an emergency application by the family court then he needed to give me the children on the same day back after the court and still he was allowed few days later to see them ,, is ashame after what he done) well then 2023 was the last court hearing in December I went holiday with my both children and the plan was only for 10 days wich I was for 14 days ,, but before the holiday , my 2 year old daughter she came to me and said ,,mummy dad bed aua “ wich I was calling him and asked him what she mean if he does anything to her because 2021 he played with he’s penis….front of her when she was 4 months old , anyway I find out that on the day he had a party with he’s drug dealer friends and few days later my 2 year old child telling me this ? Well he was angry and said he didn’t done anything and none abused her ! Wich I was calling gp and 111 they didn’t done anything.. so when I went with her holiday to Austria to my parents, I’ll asked my mum if she can have a check in my first child because or vaginal was very big for her age … my mum checkt her and she say that’s to big for her age and it looks that happen more than once .. so we brought her to the hospital and they told us there maybe an abuse but to find out 100 sure they need to make her asleep and check inside unfortunately I couldn’t do this check because my ex was blackmail me if I don’t come back he gonna bring me to court and take me my children and he send on my neck the social worker.. and also the social worker was press me harm and stress wich I went home with them .. on the same day the police was front my house after 5 minutes we received home so I was telling the police why we didn’t come back on the day when we should , they said to me he’s not allowed to seen them as long my first child isn’t examined (before all this why I was thinking she is abuse , because she didn’t wanted me to change her nappie anymore, she had rash always on her , she didn’t wanted sit down when she was shower and she run away when she seen her dad ) anyway I went with her to the hospital and they said she isn’t abused,, is just very interesting because in Austria they don’t some different test and in the uk they just was behind me and I needed to open her legs and they just said she isn’t . Well I was happy because I was going out they knows because at the end of the they’re are doctors.. but after this by 2 handover my first child comes home with an fake bruise sich I was report this the social worker they send me to the hospital again and after this it was the 25.01.2024 they just take me my children and gave him I didn’t see my children for months for weeks the social workers was ignoring me for months then I had after 2 months for 2 hours an supervise contact and then again nothing for 3 weeks if not more then 1 overnight and then 2 overnight and then 3 overnight . I was asking them for what reason and they said because I was bringing the children 3 times to the hospital and emotional harm ? My ex said then by the conference he take the children’s clothes up and take pictures and recording them so that my 2 year old child say I abusing her (but the joke is she can’t even really speak )I was asking the social worker that is what you calling as a child protection when he takes he’s 2 daughters clothes up and take videos and pictures when they naked ! Have party with he’s friends when he’s children are in he’s care ? I was reporting about my children emotionally harm for months and now you telling me I abuse them emotionally? Then he push harm on my 2 year child and goes very low to say her say mummy abuse you ? Even she didn’t know what this is ? So that is what you calling as a safety? They ignored this and now I seen them only for 3 times in a week but the social worker say she isn’t looking forward to give me more days because I don’t bring my 2 year old child to the school ? That has nothing to do with the child protection first of all and the another one the court was very clear is not what he want is what best for the children is and this is definitely not good for them .. and because of the school I wasn’t even agree I didn’t even know about this anything I just find this out when she already was in and I had 3 overnight with them like a dog anyway when he pick the the children up he Always touch me everywhere I say to him always I don’t want this but he never stop it happen twice that he was forcing me to have sex with him if not he was blackmailing me to take me my children.. well yesterday I reported this behavior the police.. I show them all the advice what he done to me last year and on the 9.04.2024 but my question now is because I report this what happens to my children? Because they are in he’s care at the moment for whatever the reason is are they going to an another family or I can get them back because he’s not safe for them ? Or they still gonna stay in he’s care? Because I’m just wondering I don’t think so the social worker gonna give me the children back because say what he say ,, like I’m abusing them the children lose weight and I don’t bring them school ) wich is harmless because he don’t have any advice that I abuse them once in my whole life but everyone believes him even I have 3 overnight ? I’m just wondering too because I would really abuse them why I have overnight with them ? So makes no sense but still does anyone knows in the mean case if he is gonna arrest for this where the children going ?
