It was small, about 1-2cm, but very sharp as it has broken from my partial denture. I had a quick Google and apparently I'm going to die from perforated gut or dysphasia. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Should I see the doctor (in 4-5 weeks if I'm lucky) or just wait for it to pass?
