I snore. I know losing weight can help (working on the one)

Does anything else help? I wake up very early then when I'm dropping back off I'm very conscious tgat I'm snoring. Presumably I snore in the night aswell.

Bumping. I'm worried about the snoring 1) because I wake early and can't get back to sleep because of it, and 2) what if I'm doing it all night?? I've recently met someone....

There is an app called snore lab I think encourages daily face and tongue exercises. I think that and losing a bit of weight are your best bet. The nasal strips work a bit if you get them to stay on. I know it’s a bit embarrassing but if someone likes you they’ll surely put up with a bit of snoring. White noise helps drown it out as well.

Get a sleep tracker app and you'll be able to see how bad it is/isn't. I used one that told me I was getting instances of sleep apnea so got referred to the sleep clinic. Turns out I'm stopping breathing 51 times per hour when I sleep on my back, currently waiting for a Cpap machine. You saying that you hear yourself snore and are overweight is also my exact experience, it's not necessarily that you snore because you are overweight but rather the weight is a consequence of highly interrupted sleep.
